The patio area is ideal for using a Weber braai(barbeque) for open air dining. The lounge is equipped with a television which is equipped with full DSTV bouquet and also flows to the patio through sliding doors.
The house also boasts the inclusion of an inverter to provide electricity in the case of powercuts.
The main bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and a bathroom with a bath, shower and toilet. Bedroom 2 has 2 three quarter beds, a bathroom with shower and toilet and the third bedroom has 2 three quarter beds with a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. All three bedrooms have built-in cupboards with ample space. All three bedrooms have sea views. There are also three spare single bed mattresses. All linen except beach towels are provided. The property has one lock up garage and further safe off-street parking for at least three more cars.
